The "Loft"

Once through the front door you will find yourself in the heart of the Loft: a large double living room separated by three red columns designed by the architect (and my father) Leonardo Clementi.

You are in the heart of Palladio20 Loft & Terrace.

As soon as you turn your gaze to your right, you will see the view of some large windows that separate you from the beautiful Terrace.

The dining table, with 7 chairs, will allow you to have lunch or dinner on rainy or winter days, always having a look at the green Terrace.

Even inside the Loft there is a "green" presence: a bonsai and a ficus benjamin live here.

The kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker. vacuum cleaner, dishes, glasses, cutlery, will allow you to feel at home and be completely independent.

A mechanic's tool trolley has been used as a kitchen object holder. It tells of the passion that my mother (Mamota) had for wood and for everything that can be created with it.

On the walls you will have glimpses of the horizon of the lighthouse of Capo Testa, in Sardinia, and the island of Providenciales, in Turks and Caicos.

The "mythological" figure of the "Ostracordato Teleferico a Vela"will always be with you.

The center of the living area, next to the table with the 7 chairs, has a sitting area so you can wait for your lunch or dinner when they are prepared.

The two doors you see in the picture lead to the bathroom of the living area (door in the middle) and to the sleeping area (door on the right).

On the left you can see the curtain that separates from a closet used as a storage room for the services of the house.

In the final part of the Loft, with a window overlooking Viale Palladio, there is a large sofa with chaise longue where you can watch flat screen TV or listen to music and relax.

46 inch television, with stereo hi-fi and dolby surround sound, Bluray and CD reader.

The decor is distinctive. I lived here for six years and the apartment contains little pieces of my life.
