Guests' personal data are processed only to meet legal obligations: reporting guests to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal (art. 109 TULPS and Ministerial Decree of 7 January 2013) and the required tax and statistical filings. They are protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures, in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Bookings

Direct bookings are handled by the InReception booking engine; bookings through Airbnb and Bedandbreakfast.it follow those platforms' privacy notices.

This site uses no profiling cookies or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. One photo (Lake Garda) is loaded from the Unsplash service. The availability calendar shows booked dates only, never any guest data.
