Large apartment (apartment map) on the 7th and top floor with matrimonial bedroom (180x200), kitchen, study and wardrobe/walk-in closet, two bathrooms (one with shower one with bathtub), a huge living room (what I call Loft) with a sofa bed (140x200), and a marvellous and quiet terrace planted with a table for 8 people and a BBQ.
The apartment is furnished in a "particular" way: if you like Tennis, Star Wars and the 80s you will be at ease.
The entire apartment is available to guests. I will not be on site, but available if needed.
The apartment is located in a residential complex of the '70s, exactly halfway between the Porta Nuova train station (400 meters, 10 minutes walk, where the FLIXBUS leave and arrive) and the Marcantonio Bentegodi stadium (500 meters, 10 minutes walk). The neighborhood is quiet and safe both day and night, like the whole city of Verona.
A few steps from the apartment there are bars, restaurants, pastry stores, cafes, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists.
The historic center is just 25 minutes walk.
A place to relax before or after visiting the beautiful Verona or attending an opera show or concert in the Arena.

The historic center of Verona is undoubtedly a place full of characteristic places that are worth visiting every moment of the year.
The ideal starting point can only be the central Piazza Bra with the ancient walls of the Arena di Verona, home every year to one of the most famous opera festivals in Europe.
The many other monuments of the city (among which we recommend Castelvecchio, Piazza Erbe, Piazza dei Signori, Teatro Romano, Castel S.Pietro, Juliet's House) can be reached with a pleasant walk that will leave you speechless at every step.
Valpolicella (Valpolesèla in Veronese dialect) is the hilly area of about 240 km², which precedes the beginning of the Veronese Prealps. It includes the territory of seven municipalities, all belonging to the province of Verona.
Renowned since the times of ancient Rome for viticulture, and in particular for the Amarone della Valpolicella wine, it is also important for the extraction of the red marble of Verona.
From an architectural point of view, the landscape of Valpolicella is adorned with Venetian villas of great value and is embellished with capitals, churches, parish churches, districts and courts, which enrich the territory with evidence of years of history.
Lake Garda or Benaco is the largest Italian lake, with an area of about 370 km ² enclosed between three regions: Lombardy (Brescia), Veneto (Verona), Trentino-Alto Adige ( Trento), is placed parallel to the Adige, from which it is divided by the massif of Mount Baldo.
To the north it is narrow funnel-shaped while to the south it widens, surrounded by moraine hills that make the landscape more gentle.
In Roman times the lake was known as Benacus and by some was worshiped as the god Benacus, personification of the lake itself, sometimes associated with the cult of the god Neptune.
